Rev Reps are independent contractors and are not employees of Revelry. Your Rev Rep will provide you with a copy of your order that you should retain for your personal records.

Exchanges and Refunds:
Items can be returned within 90 days after the purchase, please see below for policy:

Within 30 Days:
You can choose to exchange the item or receive a refund, less the cost of shipping, if you request the refund within 30 days of shipment and the product is received at our returns center within seven days after the request for refund is received. Items that have been worn are not eligible for returns. Items not in their original packaging are subject to a 15% restocking fee, Items that are damaged in transit, break prior to wearing or are missing from the shipment and reported within 30 days are eligible for exchange or refund if received at our returns center within seven days.

Between 31-90 days:
You may make an exchange or receive a store credit. Items that are damaged in transit or break prior to wearing and reported within 90 days are eligible for exchange or credit.

Examples of manufacturer defect:
- • non-functional clasp
- • abnormal discolorations (beyond normal variations)
- • jump ring or chain link that is not closed properly
- • different from described lengths
This guarantee does not cover merchandise damaged through normal wear, accident or misuse (wearing in water, etc). Upon receipt of your order, please check carefully for accuracy.

For any discrepancies or returns:
Please contact the Rev Rep from whom you made this purchase for refund or exchange.

Sales Tax:
Sales tax is applied to the total amount of the order in accordance with local tax laws.

Delivery:
We ship via the best carrier available. Product is usually shipped to deliver within seven business days from the date the order is received from the Rev Rep at the Revelry distribution center. Revelry shall not be liable for any delay in shipment that is caused in whole or in part by circumstance beyond Revelry’s control.
